Nonostante gli onerosi impegni istutuzionali, la Regina di Giordania si batte giornalmente per migliorare la condizione delle donne in tutti i paesi islamici. Nel suo paese si occupa di numerose attività, tra cui l’integrazione tra fedi e culture diverse, la protezione dei bambini da ogni tipo di violenza e la lotta contro l’analfabetismo, necessaria per la realizzazione del dialogo interculturale. Sua Altezza Reale Rānia è membro di diverse organizzazioni con scopi umanitari e ne segue personalmente le attività. Fa parte della Jordan Cancer Society, dell’Arab Women’s Summit, del Fondo delle Nazioni Unite per i bambini e del Child Safety Program and Dar Al-Amman. Dal 2002 è membro organizzatore del Fondo internazionale per i vaccini e fa parte dell’Associazione internazionale per l’assistenza sociale, diritti che purtroppo nei paesi islamici sono ancora appannaggio di una minima parte della popolazione.
Besides her onerous institutional commitments and duties, the Queen of Jordan effectively fights to improve the conditions of women in Muslim nations. At home Queen Rānia has to deal with and tackle so many activities, namely, diverse faiths and cultures integration, the protection of children from any kind of violence and abuse as well as her fight against diffused illiteracy that is crucial to any achievement in terms of intercultural dialogue. Her Royal Highness Rānia is an active member of various humanitarian organisations and personally looks into these issues and activities. She is a partner of the Jordan Cancer Society, of the Arab Women’s Summit, of the United Nations Fund for children as well as of the Child Safety Program and Dar Al-Amman. Since 2002, the Queen of Jordan is a righteous organizing member and backer of the International Fund for Vaccines and is also a member of the International Association for Social Assistance, as these rights are unfortunately only reserved to the very few in many Islamic countries.
